I love Mason Jars! I think they are so cute and so simple.
I know I am not the first person to use mason jars as candy jars or even to put labels on the front of them. But I think they turned out so cute so I had to share!
I made these cute jars for my Bunco night when I also made Gift Card Boxes for my prizes. You can see those here.
There are 3 tables and each table needs there own little jar of treats.
This is how I made them.
I had some scraps of Chalkboard vinyl left over from another project and used my Decorative Label Punch to get the 3 shapes.
The white one is the same as the others, I just didn't remove the transfer paper before I punched it. I wanted to see if it would make a difference. It didn't. The shapes are small enough that you don't need the transfer paper to transfer the vinyl.
I took off the paper backing and stuck it to my jar making sure it was straight.
Ta-Daa!
My daughter helped me write on the labels. She thought that was pretty cool!
I found some scraps of pom pom trim ribbon and tied them around the bottom lip of the jar.
And screwed the ring lid on.
The jars are cute empty
But even better when they are filled with goodies!
What do you put your candy or treats in when you have guests coming over?
So cute! I love how they turned out:)
