I know you have heard me say it so many times before, but I LOVE MAKING JEWELRY! A fun piece of jewelry can make a cute outfit into the perfect outfit.
Now I know not everyone is a jewelry fanatic, but for me it is just so fun. So today I am going to teach you how to make your own ring with this tutorial. It really is fun and you will be amazed at how easy it can be.
Today I was cruising around our local craft store and I ran into these fun little empty ring bodies - I just realized I have no clue what this "thing" is called. If you know can you please tell me in the comments.
I thought it was so cute and quickly found myself on a mission make my own cute and unique ring.
This is what I came up with.
I found these cute Green and Pink Flower beads that I was hoping would stack nicely inside each other, and they totally did! For the center I knew I had some pearls at home that would work but then I found some half pearls in my scrap booking supplies that I thought looked even better! I glued everything together using E-6000 (my favorite) and let it sit to dry.
The ring came together very quickly and now I can't wait to wear it tomorrow!
You know how I said that I LOVE jewelry? Just a couple weeks ago I made a cool necklace out of Ponytail Holders that you should totally check out! It is fun as well.
Are you a jewelry fanatic too?

ReplyDeleteI love the ring’s simplicity. I love how you gave us the idea of putting something on a plain ring and adding something to it like this flower. Maybe I will try putting a heart on one of my plain rings too. I will definitely have a unique jewelry piece, made by myself! :)
ReplyDeleteLove your ring, great colors!
